What we offer

Once families learned about life from stories around the camp fire.

Midwives and women share common knowledge through stories for the inspiration of others. We have included stories where insight, intuition, or dreams were considered important.

Life does teach us through experience—our own, what we observe about others and hear in stories. We can also learn via an interactive relationship with Divine Spirit as some stories will suggest.

Many Way of Sacred Birth stories were written or collated around camp fires in the ‘red dirt’ country of outback Western Australian during holidays from midwifery and family cares.

In fact, initially, this work was done when and wherever possible – on national and international flights, in airports, motels, on a family cruise, and in gifted or rented rooms and caravans, located in towns and cities, in the bush, and beside the sea on both sides of Australia.

Watch a brief Midwife Message from a writing retreat in the dry outback of Western Australia. It comes with a ‘Hello’, to you—those who find and resonate with this work, and gives the essence of what Way of Sacred Birth can offer, encourages the importance of family and learning from experiences shared by others.
